Dear all,
when I have a CTS-EX90-K9 with non-encrypted SW, how can I switch to encrypted SW? - is there any download option?

Hi Sandra,
yes, you can upgrade to encrypted software version.
for this, you need release key for encrypted software version.
TCNC stand for non encrypted and TC is for encrypted version.
