Hi
I have a SX-20 integrated with a Cisco TCS, I make a call and start recording, but there is a function that allows me to stop the video (pause) and continue with the call.
They will know if there is a license which permits me or some settings.
Thanks
Regards

I think the E20 was the only device having a native control function for the TCS.
Why dont you check with your Cisco partner / cisco contact. If its not supported you
could initiate that they file a feature request.
If you get some other answer, please do not forget to update us here .-)
As the TCS has an API it might be possible to archive what you ask for via it
but it seems there is only the one for 5.0 published and at least I did not find
the word pause in it.
