SX-20 Registration over change layout

Hello ,

I have registered sx-20 over MRA.  In conference call change layout icon now showing on screen. So , i can't change layout. However , Other devices registered CUCM locally , this feature working properly.

Check that none of your zones are filtering the iX protocol and make sure it's enabled in the SIP profile to Expressway from CUCM.
