SX10 Software update Failing from CE 8.2.2 TO CE 9.3.2

Good day

 

Trying to do a software update from CE 8.2.2 to CE 9.3.2 but it keeps failing?  Ive seen that there is mention made on how to do this in the CE 9 release notes but no clear instruction on how to do it.  Can anyone please supply me with this?

The instructions are in the admin guide, not the release notes. Go to this link and start on page 55, everything you need to know (including what file to download) is right there.
