SX20 & CCM 12.5

Hi all,I want to register the sx 20 to the ccm 12.5. I used this manual but I'm getting some errors. Any idea about these errors?

Hi,

was sx20 registered else where? 

Delete CTL/ITL and perform factory reset once.

setup provisioning mode to CUCM and enter external manager address( CUCM ip/hostname.

Let us know how it goes.

Sx20 was working standalone, not I want to register it to the ccm. I'l try the recommandations.
