SX20 CE9.2.6 Strong Security Mode Locks Out All Accounts

Hi all, I'm working with an SX20, version CE9.2.6, and I'm having an issue with my all of my user and admin accounts getting locked out when I enable Strong Security Mode, which is a requirement for this environment. There is no prompt for a password change, it just gives an "invalid credentials" error. Factory Reset is the only immediate fix. This is running in an isolated environment with a point to point connection over the LAN, no connection to the internet. Racked my brain thinking its an NTP issue somehow related to the 30 days without a password change account lock out setting, but I've not been able to make heads or tails thus far. Any suggestions?

I vaguely recall there being an issue with one of the earlier CE9 software versions around changing passwords on login which failed.

Are you able to try a more recent software release to see if that helps, ie CE9.4.1 ?
