Here’s the situation:
Initially I thought it to be something to do with the internet line, but it turns out not to be as calls from China to UK are excellent.
Same results even after connecting the unit directly to the router. Any advice to the possible problem?
i still think there is any connectivity/Bandwidth issue.
1) if you have option to shuffle systems at Singapor and China.whats system stats says regarding letancy/jitters etc.
2) get thirdparty standard video conferencing software installed on laptop and check call between SG and China.
3) Did you test at different timings.
4) is the connectivity is dedicated for VC.
Tested at different timing, and the problem still exist.
Irregardless, whether the connection is dedicated or connect to the network, China VC still facing pixelated video quality.
However, when doing 3-way calling, there is no issue on the quality.
