sx20 problem

SX20 is installed in the local office

Problem faced:

1) Not able to make outgoing call to test site. (But able to ping the SIP from notebook/pc)

2) VC drop straight out when trying to connect.

3) URL/Web interface to VC - H.323 setting are not populated.

how should i go about to troubleshoot.

Have you got a firewall in between?

I would check if you an reach 5060/5061 TCP, 1719 UDP and 1720 TCP?

which DefaultCall Protocol do you use?

Are you behind a Nat?
