I have 9 new Cisco TelePresence SX20 systems and all of them have the same issue, when you pan left, right,up or down it is jumpy not smooth. I upgraded the firmware to C7.3.2.14ad7cc and it had no effect. All of the systems i have used in the past pan very smoothly.
