Hi Guys,
One of my client is facing below mention issue.
It's a fresh installation and while testing with other VC units (Polycom) we are observing some weired behaviour like
1. Some of the VC calls are automatically converting to audio calls and only hear/speak, No video.
2. Some of the VC’s, we can see them but they cannot see us.
It's a complete P to P call dialing on IP, no signaling device involved in this call set up.
SX20 is ruuning on TC 6.0.1
All remote VCs are from Polycom HDX series endpoints.
Any specific configuration do we need to enable in SX20 like capset filter? or some other configuration you recommend to change at Polycom end.
