we configure IP on the Sx80 and setup API configuration. We can get webGui to IP. after rebooting the "Touch 10" device, I can't get into Web interface. I able to ping the web interface IP. Please advice for any help

Hi,
is it a stand alone end point or registering with a call control (example to CUCM or VCS)
enable web access on CUCM for this end point.
