Hello,
I am currently using a Cisco SX80 which has recently brought an issue to my attention.
Who- Approximate users unable to quantify at this time. US Military routing, gatekeepers, ip space (private) etc.
What- The system is able to connect to bridges, I can dial into the specific room and complete an Audio/Visual check without issue. However, when I disconnect and ask them to dial us back the call essentially times out. This is offsite, I cannot reach anything or be reached by anything local.
When- Last few days
How- I am not sure how this situation has occurred.
Any guidance will help

I suggest you provide some information on what the setup is. Are these bridges (what are they?) registered to CUCM? VCS? Are you dialing a public IP? Is the SX80 registered to VCS or CUCM? Public IP, NAT or no?
It's tough to try to determine what the problem is when we don't have any info on the call environment

If this is for the US military I'd suggest you open a TAC case as only some engineers are authorized to work on those cases due to security concerns of the info that might need to be shared to troubleshoot this.
