SX80 Phonebook creation

Hey all,

We have several SX80s and SX20s and currently we use the 'favorites' option in the Contacts section to save our contacts for the directory.

I'd like to use the phonebook option for several reasons, and I'd like to know how to transfer the favorites to a directory file. 
We've set up a URL for a file for access but the saved version of the 'phonebook' .xml file downloaded from the SX80 is recognized, but 'no entries found' is all I get.

What is the correct type of file is needed and what format is required?

I dont know what software you are running but not so long ago we released a new backup and restore function that allow you to backup all your favorites on one device and programmatically distribute the backup file to multiple devices. 

You put the provisioning file on the URL for file downloads and you point the other devices to that file. Read more about it in the admin guide.
