sx80 software

Hi,

we have a sx80 with old tc version software, we wanted to upgrade it to CE9 version, but was not possible, it seems that it must be upgraded to CE8 version first and then to CE9.
because of the fact that this device is end of support, we could not download CE8. 

How can we find CE8 .pkg  file?

CE 8 is deprecated. Cisco TAC is the only likely source for this software, with the internet as a last resort. Additionally, the hardware is past EOL, so it’s time to replace it with alternatives.

As the SX80 is now well past its End of Support Date, any software for it is no longer easily available.   As @Nithin Eluvathingal said, you may be able to get an update via TAC, or through your local Cisco Account Team.

Given the device is obsolete, it's highly recommended that you replace it with something that is more current and supportable.
