SX80s not passing any DTMF tones

Hi,

 

We have two SX80s running CE8.3.4 with CUCM 9.1.2.13900-10. Calls are working just fine, except that we cannot seem to pass DTMF tones on any call inside or outside of our network. We just inherited support of these devices, so I am not super familiar with them. Is likely to be an issue with their configuration, or something in CUCM?

It may be passing them, but possibly not in the way that the system at the other end of the call is expecting to receive them.

There are multiple ways to use DTMF in band or out of band.
