T3 Password issue Upgrading to 4.2.1

Hello,

One of my colleagues recently upgraded a customer system to 4.2.1 and now the password no longer works.  I recall thsi happening before and i had to Winscp into the TCU and rename a file.  Anyone recall what the file name is and what it needed to be renamed to?

NM i found it.

Known bug- After upgrading to TCU 4.2 password to admin menus change to unknown default.  In order to regain access to the menus you need to do the following:

1.       Access Winscp to the tcu

2.       E drive

3.       Tandberg

4.       DB

5.       Add a .old to the end of the authentication file name. (note: you will need to copy the file over to your desktop to rename it then transfer it back onto the tcu)

6.       Reboot TCU
