Tablet Provisioning Template for TMSPE

Could someone please point me to where I can download the latest provisioning templates (other than the Jabber Video for Telepresence one that comes with the download)?  I've wasted 45 minutes trying to find these templates with no luck.  Searches of cisco.com or the downloads center should not be coming up blank for this stuff.  I currently have Jabber iPad 1.0.2.0, and am looking for whatever is current (assuming what I have is not since I uploaded it quite some time ago).

It looks like 1.0.4.0 is the last current TMS Jabber for Ipad Template:
