Hi Team,
We have a Tandberg C40 codec in our office in that we are trying to upgrade the current software version from TCNC5.1.1 to TC7.1 but it's showing the below error message on the display. We tried after factory reset even though the software is not upgraded into the codec. Please provide some solution to upgrade the latest software.

No idea what the issue is there, but generally speaking I've had issues going straight from TC5 to TC7, try going TC5 > TC6.1 > TC7.

Gopi,
As you are upgrading from TCNC to TC software, do you have the appropriate software keys.

The error message you have provided looks like the endpoint has faulty flash.
I'd suggest you log a call with the Cisco TAC and get a replacement.
