Tandberg/Cisco E20 - password reset

Hi,

I have been searching all over, but cannot find information on how to reset password on the E20 unit.

The particular unit have TE1 software installed, and is currently in Wrong Username or Password.

Are there any guide on how to do this?

Can you please provide some more information.

Where do you see the "Wrong Username or Password" message at?

If you can SSH or Telnet (telnet disabled by default) into the E20, you can reset it that way using the command:

     xCommand SystemUnit AdminPassword Set Password

If you don't know the password, then worse case, you might have to factory default the E20 and reconfigure it.  Restore to factory settings by hitting the following keys within 3 seconds time.
