Dear all,
Any have such experience that TANDBERG Ex60/90 display (H323) instead of (SIP) in the directory of the movi account, while in tanderg C40display movi account with (SIP).
We are now using the TC4.2.1 software, and tried to reboot the system.

Hi Martin,
We have found this issue is raised by the endpoint SIP registration failed or SIP function is closed.
However, do you have any idea that the (SIP) appear behind of the user provisioning name ?
