Telepresence 8 touch pairing with SX20

Hello a trying to pairing an telepresence 8 touch screen with SX20, in certain point its asking for an username and password to connect with SX20, what is this user and password?

According to the Touch 8 Instatllation Guide (page 4) , it is the admin login for your codec.

Have you changed the admin password or account since installing the SX20?  One way to test is to attempt to login into the SX20 with username admin and leave the password blank.  If you're able to login with a blank/empty password, than no password has been set yet, I'd advise you to set one at that time.  If you try to login and get login failed with a blank/empty password, than a password has been set on the admin account.  You might have to consult someone if you don't know it.
