Telepresence equipment freight weight + measurements

Hi! I'm working with a design of Telepresence installations and for import/export rates calculation I need the exact freight weight and measurements of each CTS system, that's CTS-500, CTS-1000, CTS-3000 and CTS-3200. I've read all the datasheets available but the info isn't complete nor accurate in all of them. I'd really appreciate your help.
