We use a Codian MCU MSE 8510 for video conferencing. We use the reservation and scheduling portion of it. I notice on our home menu where it lists all the meetings that have been scheduled, sometimes meetings fall off and end up in the completed meeting section. When we make the meeting, we usually make so it is reoccuring say bi-weekly on wednesdays from 1:00-2:00pm. Well its there for a while and then all of a sudden it drops to completed even though it's supposed to go until the end of the year. Then we have to go into completed meetings and bring it up again. Does anyone know why that happens? Does anyone else experience that?

Are you able to provide logs from the MCU, maybe we can figure out why or what's triggering the recurring conference to be set to completed?

We don't know how to get to the logs for the MCU. Do you know how to? We very unfamiliar with this MCU and not sure how to get a lot of features going on it that could be to our benefit.

Top right there is a link to where you can view the logs, the Event and Audit logs might help determine what is causing the conference to end prematurely. Take a look at the MCU Series Online Help starting on pg 236 for more information about MCU logs.

I will have to check it. I don't have full admin rights to the bridge to see the logs but I will check with someone who does. Thank you.

I just edited my previous reply to include a link to the online help guide with the page number with information about MCU logs.
I've had a daily recurring conference going on for the past several days as a test and it has yet to stop and be marked as completed. I suspect there is something or possibly someone that is affecting your conference.

You're awesome Patrick! Thank you very much. I will read the MCU online help guide. There are only two of us who administer the MCU on a regular basis and we don't believe it's us that causing the problem, we think it's something else that's causing it but since we're not too familiar with the MCU, we don't know where to being to look but the guide will be a big help.
How many reservations do you have on your MCU at any given time? Because we have at least 1 full page and part of a 2nd page of reservations. Could it be that we have too many reservations? Maybe too many with no end dates? We have one permanent meeting.

I only have one, just created it as a test for your issue. I don't think there would be an issue with the number of recurring conferences, unless there is some kind of conflict between some of them.

See we have about what maybe 30 reservations scheduled at any given time. I'll read the guide and see what it says.

Logs and the name of the conference would definitely help out, and we should be able to see why the conference is ending, however here are some other ideas if you cannot get the logs easily.
Is someone mistakenly clicking "End Conference" via the web portal thinking they are simply "ending" that instance of the conference?
For conferences that are "scheduled" rather than "ad hoc", ending the conference in this way causes any configured repetition to be cancelled. The ended conference would move from the "Scheduled conferences" list to the "Completed conferences" list.
Is the Repetition Termination definitely being properly set when the conference is created? Are you checking that the end date is set properly (and that the MCU current date is actually correct), also ensure that you are not accidentally configuring the conference to end after a certain number of recurrences as opposed to date? (you can view this on a conference settings at the very bottom).
If a conference is set to repeat, its repetitions can be configured to go on forever, stop after a certain date, or to occur only a certain number of times...
Is port reservation enabled? I do not think resources would end/cancel a conference, but if there is a resource clash this may possibly cause the issue...

I cannot post a screenshot because we use this MCU in a classified environment and we're not allowed to do that even though there is nothing classified about the MCU itself. Any other ideas?
