TelePresence Endpoints can support up to two calls, the first being a video call and second audio only.

how i can make both the call  to be video calls

That feature requires a "Multisite" license to be purchased for the MX800, unless you have bridging infrastructure such as an MCU or Cisco Meeting Server.
