Telepresence - Real Time monitoring

Hi

I want to monitor in real time the telepresence infrastructure and endpoints. I know that TMS can perform some monitoring but I would like even to, for example, send an email to a specific address when a single endpoint or MCU is experiencing quality issues like packet loss (this mail should be sent during the issue, not after based on CDRs/CMRs). As far as I know this can only be done with Prime Collab Assurance Advanced, am I right?

You could use Event Notification Manager for conference or system related issue, it's located under the Systems menu.  However, endpoints themselves don't support sending packet loss information to TMS, see CSCub44999 and CSCuf34464.

Prime Collaboration Assurance can monitor TelePresence endpoints and infrastructure, but don't know any specific details regarding what it's capable of.
