TelePresence Server pool license usage is approaching or has reached full capacity

Tms system warning message:

"TelePresence Server pool license usage is approaching or has reached full capacity"

This warning message is not true as there is no schedule meeting and not any adhoc meeting.

May be i need to consider this warning as a bug.

Have you experienced the same message?

Hello,

Is there more context behind this message or your environment you can add. Perhaps someone attempted to make the call but were unable to because they were requesting more resources than were available? The message could still be lingering from that event.

Do you see any recent failed call attempts in the Conductor event log?

How many licenses total do you have in the Telepresence Server pool throwing the alarm?

What is the alarm threshold configured on the Conference Bridge pool?

Is the Telepresence Server in remotely managed mode?

Adam

Fird,

Just to confirm you are only seeing the alarm in TMS and not on the conductor? If you do a force refresh on the Conductor in TMS does the alarm go away?
