TMS and Anti-Virus

I have a TMS server version 13.0 with MacAfee Anti0-virus. Wondering which folder or files should I exclude from Anti-virus. Any thoughts

There are no such files that needs to be excluded.

Note: Make sure that the anti-virus programs or other security measures are not blocking applications from sending mail directly using the SMTP port (TCP Port 25).
