TMS Booking Front Room Panel TMS API

Hello community,

do you know any good Software to manage Room Panels in front of meeting rooms to display the Meetings ?

I have to use TMS API or can I do it with LDAP/Exchange Sync ?

There are a ton of competitions in this space. I have customers using Teem and Condeco (not supplied/sold by me) and both happy with them. I have been suggesting AppSpace lately because most customers don’t need the fancier features of their competitors (eg catering) and they have a great integration with the the room system for digital signage.

Hi Jonathan,

would be nice if the soloution don´t need a booking website. So we want to grap the Data from Outlook automaticly. User only book the meeting in Outlook. TMSXE and Panel update automaticly.
