TMS Booking Outlook Calendar Attachment

Two questions related to the TMS outlook calendar attachment:

1. What email template does the Outlook calendar attachment get generated from, and it possible to have it be formatted same as the booking HTML email?
2. Is it possible to send the outlook calendar attachment to people that are listed as contacts on systems added into TMS, similar to how you add email addresses into a booking on the conference information tab?
