Hello,
I am pulling CDR reports weekly and noticed that after about 4 months back TMS doesn't show any report data. I looked around TMS settings but couldn't find a selection where this is set. I was curious if I am just missing it, or if this is default for TMS? I would love to be able to pull at least a year back if possible. Thank you

This is a setting in TMS (somewhere in administrator settings, I can't remember where exactly as I'm not in front of TMS at the moment).
If you are using the in-built database with TMS, it has a 4GB limit. We had to migrate the TMS database to an external SQL server to get CDR records for more than 3 months as otherwise the internal database would grow past this size.

The purge database settings are found under "Administrator Tools > TMS Server Maintenance".
