TMS logon error: "An Error has occured"

Hello,

We are using TMS v14.3.1 on a VM server which is added to a Windows domain.

Active Directory lookup is not configured in TMS.

So when users initially logon to the TMS server using a webbrowser they enter their domain\userid and password.

Once the first login is done the user appears in the TMS userlist and the necessary rights can be assigned.

I now have a number of users that are not able to open the TMS webpage. After entering their userid and password they get a popup from TMS: "An Error has occurred!" (see attached screenshot). Clicking on the "click here to go to the TMS front page"-link has no effect.

Any idea what causes this error and how to solve it?

rgds, Geert.

Hi Geert,

It is not possible to know what the problem could be without a more specific error message. Could you look for one in log-web.txt (found in the log folder on your TMS server, or downloaded from Administrative Tools > TMS Server Maintenance)?

Regards,

Kjetil

Hello Kjetil,

The problem was due on a TMS db problem - no space left.

Note the log-web.txt did not reflect the problem, but the log-web-public.txt did.

Thanks for your help.
