TMS - MCU reservation limitation

Hi,

we are using TMS and the booking API to schedule conferences on MCU. The TMS (I guess) keeps track of all booked ressources and limits further booking on that basis. However, people always book considerably more participants than will actually attend the conferences.

Is there any way to define an amount of "oversubscription" for the MCU e.g. allowing 20% more useres than resources are availiable?

Maybe an undocumented feature ....

Hi,

The only way to oversubscribe would be to place the MCUs behind a TelePresence Conductor and then schedule the Conductor in TMS. In a Conductor's settings in TMS, you can define how many simultaneous ports users can schedule, and you then add 20% the the actual port count of the Conductor's bridge pools.
