We have a customer with Jabber and C20/C40 endpoints. What the customer would like is to have the TMS managed endpoints show up on the contact list of the Jabber Clients without the jabber clients showing up on the C20/C40 Phone book. How would this be accomplished.
Thanks

Hello,
You can do this easily, to grant permission for Jabber user you should simply open Phonebook - go to the Access Control tab and check/uncheck Jabber users group.
System phonebook are managed by clicking "set on system" button. You can add/delete system to or from phonebook.
Best Regards,
