TMS Upgrade 12.2 to 12.6.2 Issue

Upgrade TMS 12.2 to 12.6.2 on way to 13.2 but have a major issue

In the upgrade process, the old Movi Client licenses got dropped,  That is fixed with getting the new option keys so that is now fine.

But the Database seems broken in that all of the indexes are not installed when I do an Local TMS Agent check.

And all of the old movi clients are gone and there does not seem to be a way to add them back in.

Can anyone point me the way out of this for the customer?

This is on a older TMS Appliance.

Hi

This was a pretty common problem before when users upgraded from 12.2 and above 12.5 because opends was also upgraded from 1.0 to 2.0.

I recommend you to read the tmsagent troubleshooting guide (a document on this forum, just search for the tmsagent troubleshooting guide) if you cannot solve it using that, please open a tac case.

/Magnus
