TMS-XE Integration with Exchange

Dears,

We have successfully installed and configured Cisco CMS & TMS version 15.9 and we were able to schedule video conferences through the TMS interface.

Afterwards, we installed the TMS-XE server and successfully configured it through the configuration wizard. However, when trying to schedule a meeting from Outlook, the meeting is not being replicated to TMS and it doesn't get scheduled. We are not getting any email from the TMS server. We're just getting emails that the room mailboxes accepted the meeting (which is set as automatic).

On the TMS-XE server, no records are being written in the logs which means that no requests are hitting the server.

Any idea what could be checked? noting that http & https access between the TMS & the Exchange server is permitted.

Thanks in advance for any help.

2 Rooms have been selected in Outlook

There is a  setting on TMS to include CMS automatically when booked. Unfortunately  I don't have access to TMS to take a screenshot and share it with you.

if you need to book single meeting room and to get email from CMS u need to create scheduling email and that will be used to invoke the CMS.
