Touch 10 connection thru LAN

Trying to make connection to codec thru LAN.  Touch 10 not communication with codec.  Is there any special switch configurations to make so the touch 10 will make the connection.

Hi,

No special configuration is required on the switch. Please verify that:

• Switch ports connected to Touch 10 and Codec are configured with correct VLAN.
• Touch 10 and Codec are getting correct IP Address, Subnet and Default Gateway
• Touch 10 and Codec are able to Ping each other.
