Training Suggestions

Could someone provide a suggestion for the best bang for the buck when it comes to Cisco Telepresence training courses?  I am considering either 1 or 2 week long courses. 

I've worked extensively with Polycom's solutions but do not have a lot of hands on experience with Cisco's platforms.  I am an IPT engineer and am very comfortable with all the Cisco IPT platforms.
