Trouble connecting TMSXE 3.01 to Exchange

hCustomer is trying to connect TMSXE to exchange, and is getting an error:

Any thoughts? They have tried http and https, same error.

Hi,

Is the account you try to connect to EWS with on the same mailbox server as the videoconferencing resource accounts? If not, try moving it to the same Exchange mailbox server - there could be incompatibilities in Exchange software versions between the Exchange servers the customer has deployed.
