Trying to add meetings to touch screen for quick connect. Using SX80s / Roomkits

I'm trying to add upcoming calls on to my systems so the name of the meeting and connection details show up on the touch screen in the "Meetings" section. I'm using a Touch 10 touch screen mostly. I've invited the room system through outlook and it does not show up on the screen. 

Any input would be awesome!

If your endpoint is cloud managed, then you need calendar enabled for the device in places.

If you are a user then calendar should be enabled for the user too with a CMR configuration through Cisco Teams.

If you are on premise, then the Exchange calendar connector or TMS and TMS-XE should be in place for meetings to the accepted and pushed to the endpoints.
