We have 3 sites connected on telepresence on 15 MB AF41 TX9000.
All the 3 sites have dedicated TP switches and shared access on WAN.
2 sites are on CPA i.e Delhi and Bangalore and Chennai on CPPC .
In one tof the sites which is CPPC he uplink to the switch from TP is Copper since the switch is located far off .From swicth to Router it is Ethernet just like the other 2 sites .
Now in this site when we share the content there is flcikering ,we see packet loss in the touch phone stats and then it stablizes. The call stats show that it is now set to 720p and then it works fine
This happens may be in 25% of the calls.
Please advise and help. What can be done
The content sharing is at 5 frame per second

Hello there
Is this happen during P2P calls as well or only multi?
Each endpoint has same problem?
What is exact version of TX and CUCM?
Did someone check the network?
Can you attach logs from one of the endpoints and let us know time & date of the call.
Thanks
Rafal

The version is 1.9(19) on both touch phone and codec
What is the maximum bandwidth that a TX9000 should need
It is mainly between our 2 sites Noida and Chennai .On a p2P as well as multipoint call
The touch phone these days shows packet losses and the call quality etc .We picked our data from there
What are the logs that you want
thanks for your help.

Hello
TX 9000 average: 10.3 Mbps (1080p, 30 fps best motion handling) + presentation.
To be honest I would check with your network provider if he really gives you advertised bandwidth and ask to prove it.
Looks like network is issue here.
Full system logs form any of the endpoint will do (we need time stamp/date when issue happen).
What is exact version of CUCM?
Thanks
Rafal
