Unable to add HDX systems to TMS14.1

I'm having an issue adding new Polycom HDX systems to TMS after upgrading from 12.6 to 14.1, we receive a "No http response" when attempting to add the system despite the fact that the unit is online and accessible. TMS does find the host name and IP but fails at HTTP communication so doesnt grab any information beyond that. All existing HDX units in the system are operating fine and we can add Cisco based devices without a problem.

All HDX settings have been verified and we are able to add the same HDX unit to our existing 12.6 and 13.2 servers without issue. Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

Hi

What version is the hdx system? When you try to add it, do you get an error message after the system add? Is this the No Http response as you are talking about? Did you try running a wireshark on the tms server while adding the system? It might show you what the problem is.

If not i recommend opening a tac case on this. Check out the product support guide as well to make sure the settings are correct. :)
