Unable to Call Jabber Client to Movi Client

Hi Team,

We are unable to call from Jabber Client to Movi Client using SIP URI of Movi client.

Here is the picture of backend infrastructure :-

CUCM : 8.6.2

VCS : X7.2

TMS : 13.2.1

CUPS: N/A

Jabber Clients are provisioned on CUCM and CUPS. Movi Clients are provisioned on TMS and VCS.

I raised a TAC Case and the TAC Engineer informed that SIP URI dialling is not supported from Jabber to Movi Client on CUCM 8.6.2

Could anyone provide me the Bug ID or the valid document which says so.?

Guess you just have to trust the TAC engineer, as far as I've seen mentioned in other threads, URI dialling won't be supported until 9.0 or 9.1.
