hi, we are using Cisco EX 90 endpoint in our premices, we have deployed VCSc,VCSe and TMS Server too. when we try to call our far end location(EX 90) using Directory..by default it uses SIP instead of H323 protocol...it Should go through H323 bydefault. Help me to resolve this query. EX90 Directory uses TMS Path.

We are able to call H323 calls if we dial Manually.

So which protocol is specified in the directory? You might have to take a look at the phonebook source and ensure connection method is set to H.323 and not SIP.

If you do not want to use SIP at all, then you can either turn this off in the codec, or, in TMS, you could uncheck "Allow Incoming SIP URI Dialing" and "Allow Outgoing SIP URI Dialing" for this particular system.

What protocols are being used on each of these endpoints?  It sounds like one or more are only using SIP, if an endpoint isn't registered using H323 then TMS will only provide SIP addresses in the directory, as TMS will always present the endpoint with the protocol that both systems have in common.  As Jens suggested, you can either not register the endpoint using SIP, or turn off inbound/outbound dialing within TMS for these particular endpoints.  Or you can register all endpoints with both protocols, H323 and SIP, TMS should prefer H323 over SIP when routing calls if both are available on each endpoint.
