I have an issue with my Cisco Meeting Manager and CISCO Meeting Server.

CMM running version 3.3.0.15  Traditional License is selected

CMS running version 3.3.3   cms.lic file is good and verified via the CLI

CMM warning / errors:
Notifications:
Error = The license status for cluster <bhrncms02_cluster> could not be updated
Error = The license status for your smart account could not be updated
Error = The server bhrncms02 is not responding correctly
Warning = Events communications with server bhrncms02 have been disrupted

CMM_ License Status:
<bhrncms02_cluster>
Meeting – Unlicensed
Recording/Streaming – Unlicensed
Customization – Unlicensed

NOTE: On the CMM Licenses page Meetings Enforcement in 39 days and Recording available for 39 more days

I am able to Ping the CMM from the CMS via the CMS CLI.

Thank you I found my problem and made the fix.
Operator headspace ...   A few months back I changed the IP Address of the CMS but never changed it in the CMM.  I noticed it this morning made the change and problem solved.

Thank you.

Hi,

Did you check CMS admin credentials? Those have to be renewed every half a year or so and CMM can't reach CMS before you renew them

I just tried to enter the username and password and came back "Error checking connection"  ???
The Trusted certs appear to be OK ?
