Upgrade to Version 5 or 6 on my C20s

What should I upgrade to? My support vendor says go to 5

Also are there any changes in the what users see on the screen for making calls? As you know sometimes users don't accept change easily :-)

I can strongly recommend TC6.0 - no change as to what people see on the screen, but lots and lots of improvements. Take a look at the release notes:

Might be an idea to go via TC5 though, so TC4-->5-->6.
