Hi Team,
I have added some user account in TMS and given them the permission for only booking. They are able to schedule the conference, but the '?' mark is coming on right side when they schedule the conference and showing confrence request. And even at the time of conference TMS is creating the conference on Cisco MCU.
Users are getting the following information for conference.
It is showing that conference must be approved by administartor. But if users has full administartive rights then every thing works fine.
We want to create the users account with only booking option, kindly advise what other permission we have to provide.

Hi,
You shoul grant booking permissions to the user group.
You can do that in TMS-Administrative tools-User Administrations-Groups
Choose "Set Permissions" from the drop down list and check "Booking" checkbox.

This option is alreay checked.
However we have to provide the further permission, I have attached the screen short where we should checked the permisssion, actually I was not able to find this option before.

Hi,
The service account must be member of a group that has the "Book on behalf of" permission.
