Can you provide more detail on how you have "connected" them? What protocols are you using? How have you configured both ends? Is there any firewall between them, and if so, have the required ports been opened?
Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Conferencing section you've posted in - I'd suggest that you move your discussion over there (you can do this by editing your original post and changing the category at the bottom) to receive more views by people knowledgeable on these devices.
