vcs expressway login error

Hi Everyone,

We are getting issue in login VCS expressway over internet ip, it gives login expire error.

but it is working when we browse over local IP.

We have cleared all the browser history but then also its showing the same error.

Please suggests what could be the error on vcs exrpressway.

Are you not able to login (by internet IP address) even you click “home” link in message (which should bring you back very first log-in page)?

We are not able to login by internet ip address after clicking home link also.

Are you sure there is no firewall, gateway or proxy which is blocking this traffic?

Did you try an other computer / browser to connect to it?
