VIDEO-CONFERENCING SOLUTION

Hello Dears

We have one main office and 7 regional offices and we want to connect all of them through  video conferencing solution . all the offices has connectivity to internet and there is no VPN or any other kind of connectivity with our main office. we need a solution that enable us to have multiparty (upto 7 ) video conference .please provide me your recommendation that is suitable in term of cost and performance for our requirements
