Hi,
Did someone encountered same issue on Telepresence Profile Dual with C-series codec running TC6.X.X wherein during a video call, point to point call only without PC presentation, the video of the participants (local + farend) is displayed on the main monitor (left screen) and blank on the second monitor (right screen).
We encountered the issue during the fresh installation of the system. No other settings reconfigured on the codec except the IP settings.
The expected layout should be the farend video will be on the main monitor (left) and the local video should be on the second monitor (right). Then, if there will be a presentation source, the presentation should be displayed on the second monitor only (right) then the video layout for participants will be displayed on the main monitor (left).
Is there a twicking we need to do on the codec settings to do that kind of setup?
What shoud be the right video settings on the codec?
